to Students and Platform visitors, depending on Platform configuration.

Darspath may request information or documentation to verify an Instructor's:

- Qualifications;
- Certifications;

- Eligibility to provide services through the Platform.
Verification information may be processed by Darspath or appropriate
third-party verification providers.
4. Payment and Payout Information
4.1 Student Payments
Student payments may be processed through third-party payment processors
or financial service providers.
Darspath generally does not need to store complete payment-card numbers
when payments are processed by an independent payment processor.
We may receive transaction-related information such as:

- Other information displayed or communicated during the session.
Depending on the technology used, recordings may be stored by
a third-party video provider, locally by an authorized participant,
or through Darspath if Darspath provides recording storage.
Darspath may restrict or remove access to recordings
where we reasonably believe they violate applicable law,
privacy rights, intellectual property rights,
Darspath policies, or our Terms and Conditions.
12. Cookies and Analytics
Darspath may use cookies and similar technologies to operate,
secure, understand, and improve the Platform.
